Background: The study was designed to evaluate the clinical results of a composite material beta-tricalcium phosphate in combination with calcium sulphate in the treatment of periodontal intrabony defects. The combination of these materials is believed to aid in guieded tissue regeneration owing to their properties. Background: Primary Sjögren's syndrome is a progressive autoimmune disease that affects predominantly middle-aged women, typically in the fourth to sixth decenium. It is believed the third most common autoimmune disease after rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. Introduction, aim: Case report deals with the observation of a less common isolated periodontal damage of a permanent tooth in a young female, the cause of which was an unwanted and unconscious self-implantation of hair particles into the gingival sulcus of the permanent upper central incisor.
