Využití (cine-) pseudodynamické magnetické rezonance při diagnostice vnitřních poruch čelistního kloubu

Mezi nejčastější intrakapsulární poruchy TM kloubu patří poruchy komplexu kloubní hlavice a disku neboli diskopatie čelistního kloubu. K upřesnění intrakapsulárních problémů a pro správnou volbu terapeutického postup je důležité spolehlivé zobrazení artikulárního disku. Zatímto cílem byly zavedeny nebo upraveny různé zobrazovací metody (artrografie, počítačová tomografie). Zobrazení magnetické rezonance převyšuje ostatní zobrazovací metody v mnoha parametrech. V období let 1994-1997 autoři vyšetřili pomocí magnetické rezonance 30 čelistních kloubů. Čelistní klouby byly vyšetřeny T1- a T2-váženými SE sekvencemi při zavřených a otevřených ústech a následně pseudo-dynamickým zobrazením tj. speciální GE sekvencí. Autoři kombinaci obou metod zobrazení magnetické rezonance při diagnostice intrakapsulárních poruch čelistního kloubu doporučují.

Use of (Cine-) Pseudodynamic Magnetic Resonance in the Diagnosis of Internal Disorders of the Mandibular Joint
The most frequent intracapsular disorders of the TM joint are disorders of the complex of the articular head and disc, i.e. a discopathy of the mandibular joint. To expressintracapsular problems more accurately and to select correctly the therapeutic procedure it isimportant to visualize reliably the articular disc. To this end various imaging methods were introduced or modified (arthrography, computed tomography). Imaging by magnetic resonance is better than other imaging methods in many parameters. During the period from 1994-1997 the authors examined by magnetic resonance 30 mandibular joints. The joints were examinedby T1 and T2 with weighted SE sequencies with the mouth closed and open and subsequentlyby pseudo-dynamic imaging, i.e. special GE sequence. The authors recommend a combination of the two methods of MR imaging in the diagnosis of intracapsular disorders of the mandibular joint.
