In the submitted case-history the authors present the favourable results of combined orthodontic-prosthetic treatment of a patient who for orthodontic reasons had at the age of 9 years the upper central incisors extracted in another department. Orthodontic treatment was discontinued because of poor cooperation of the patient. The inadequate state was corrected in our departments by orthodontic pretreatment and prosthetic rehabilitation with good functional and cosmetic results.
