Treatment of Caries Complications in Deciduous and Permanent Dentition

The cariosity of children's teeth is relatively high, incl. complications of caries. Early loss of deciduous teeth is associated with some complications such as overcrowding, deep occlusion etc. The most effective prevention and prophylaxis is early and high standard care of deciduous teeth. The authors discuss some possible ways how to treat caries and its complications in collaboration of the dental general practitioner, paedostomatologist and orthodontist.
