Tooth Pain and Dentine Sensitivity

Postoperative sensitivity is considered to be one of the main problem associated with adhesive technology treatment approach. Pain is considered to be a sign of an initial or continuous tissues' integrity disorder caused by harm stimulus. This unpleasant sign can be easily avoided by respecting the proper working procedures. The autor in her presentation focuses on the Brännstreom's pain theory. She explains its basics and presents the current aspects of treating the prepared dental tissue.
