Orthodontic Extrusion of Incisors with Fracturein the Cervical Third of the Root

The authors submit the results of treatment of two patients where after injuryfracture of the root of a permanent upper incisor in the cervical third was diagnosed. This was followed by combined pedostaomatological treatment (completion of radical development of the tooth and its definite endodontic treatment), orthodontic treatment (extrusion of the fractured radix by a firm orthodontic device), periodontological treatment (adjustment of the loose gingiva and gingivodental closure) and prosthetic treatment (proeparation of a tooth pin and definite crown).
