Stomatological Care in a Patient Taking Methadone under General Anaesthesia

The authors describe extensive stomatological treatment in methadone substituted patient under general anaesthesia. Interaction of methadone with some drugs is the reason for individualized care of anaesthetized patients including selection of drugs. It is the first case in the Czech Republic.
