Is Br nemark's Protocol the Last Word in Dental Implantology?

The tendency in dental implantology is to give faster treatment to the patient. Immediate loaded implantation was performed, but initial placement stabilization, special design of the implants and good quality of bone are important for success. This new tendency in implantology can be used only in specifics cases and with careful adherence to indications.
