Maxillary Sinus Floor Elevation (Review). Part II. Contraindications, complications of the technique, and graft materials

The goal of this article is to explain the contraindications of the sinus lift operation, to review the augmentation materials, and to define complications of the technique. Prevention and effective management is discussed.
