Incorrect Preparation in Endodontia

The authors describe the most often causes of arteficial tooth perforation. They summarise literary information referring to the root perforations, their origin and diagnosis. They recapitulate treatment possibilities and describe their own experiences with treatment of single-rooted teeth and molars perforations.
