Late Equipment of Complex Odontoma

A complex odontoma in the apex of persisting tooth 73 in a 12-year female patient was the cause of dystopic localization and retention of tooth 33. This became obvious from comparison of radiographic pictures formed within the time period of five years. The patient was treated by surgery in general anesthesia.
