Coating of Implants by Hydroxyapatite Modified with Zirconia

Dental implantology is the branch, which has started a rapid evolution over the last years from the theoretical-investigating point of view as well as in practical applications. All experts dealing with implantation are to extend indications for the application of the used materials and to reduce the whole process of therapy. Having evaluated the data from literature the authors clarify at the conclusion that coating of implants is an open method of choice and this conclusion is supported by looking for new technological procedures for the processing of bioceramics.
