Two cases of calcifying odontogenic cyst (COC) are presented. COC representa group of benign odontogenic tumours with good prognosis, but there is a possible recurrence. The first clinical case of an 8-year-old male patient reports an accidental detection of the tumor located in the right mandibular angle. Clinical findings, x-ray examination, surgery and postoperative reparation are documented. The second case described is a 16-year old female with chronic symptoms of left maxillarysinus inflammation, where a COC associated with odontoma was found. In some cases of COC coincidence with other types of odontogenic tumors is known.
