Augmenting Materials Used in Dentistry - Present State

The author deals with the present state of augmentation materials, which are most frequently used in modern implantology and periodontology. The direction of development of new and perspective materials, which improve the result, represented by a quality bone as the basis for other supportive tissues, is described.
