Nutrition in Oncological Patients I. Physiology and Pathophysiology of the Main Substrates in Oncological Patients

Onkological disease is viewed a genetic disease resulting in the abnormal proliferation of a clone of cells. Oncological desease represents a systemic disease of the whole organism, not only the affected tissue or organ. There is a significant change in the metabolism of each as well as the organism, which does not only koncern the affected tissue or organ. There is a significant change in the metabolism of each cell and organism as a whole.
